Seven days of sun, jungle, ocean, and community. Here's how to make the most of every one of them.
Arrive, check in with your local host, and let Manuel Antonio work its magic. Take an evening stroll to Cerdo Feliz for dinner β walking distance from most local accommodations. The jungle sounds at night are something you'll never forget.
Start early with a guided hike through Manuel Antonio National Park β monkeys, sloths, toucans, and paradise beaches where jungle meets ocean. In the afternoon, head out on horseback through the countryside foothills to a spectacular 80-meter waterfall. Swim in the pools below, then watch the sunset from a hilltop.
Pride Eve is for adventure. JosΓ©'s Sunset Sail is the perfect way to spend the afternoon β dolphins, snorkeling, cocktails, and the Pacific coast at golden hour. Or head into the jungle for the Canopy Zipline: 20 platforms, 11 zip lines, a Tarzan swing. End at the Mercadito GastronΓ³mico for dinner.
Every shade of pink welcome. Meet at the beach roundabout at 10am then a full day unfolds:
The morning after Pride is sacred. Book a massage with Todd at Sarahtonin β one of the best on the coast and right in the neighborhood. Try the Mangrove Tour by kayak for something completely peaceful. End the evening back at Cerdo Feliz with the neighborhood crew.
Push further out. The ATV tour takes you through backcountry roads most visitors never see. Or head into the mountains for white water rafting β certified guides, full equipment, and a river that delivers. Both include a bilingual guide, transport, and a meal.
Spend a last morning at the national park beach β arrive early before the crowds. Grab breakfast at Cerdo Feliz and say goodbye to the neighborhood. Book a photography session with Sarah at Sarahtonin to take home something real. Head out with a promise to come back next year.

I'm Phat Steve β a US expat living in Manuel Antonio. Last year's Pride was one of the most joyful, welcoming, and unforgettable experiences of my life. The beach, the people, the energy of this place during Pride week is something truly special.
I'm spending my second year here for Pride and I'm personally inviting everyone to come join us. These photos are from last year β real moments, real people, real Pura Vida. 2026 is going to be even bigger.
